Tona Bean, co-founder has had a successful career in recruiting for the past 10 years. She has owned and operated her firm for over six years and her company has been instrumental in helping others achieve their goals for their future.

She thrives on helping others. Growing up she played competitive softball, basketball, and was in track and field earning her numerous awards. She carried her love of competitive sports down to her daughter who has played for the past 10 years in soccer. Tona grew up in a small town that had many talented athletes, however many were never given the opportunity to go to college or fulfill their dreams to play at the next level. She too missed the opportunity. It is through her life experiences as well as communicating with other parents that led her to creating a program designed to give every student-athlete the ability play at the next level and pay for their college education. She brings experience, knowledge, and passion to get student-athletes recruited. She has resided in Las Vegas for 20 years and has a network of connections through her years of recruiting. She has a “make things happen” attitude and thrives on helping others. Her personal goal is shared by the entire company in creating a “score of a lifetime" for student-athletes.
