Few people have as much impact on the way professional athletes perform day in and day out as a team's strength and conditioning coach. For many athletes, that critical job falls on Johnny Doyle’s capable shoulders. Johnny spent thirteen seasons as strength and conditioning coach in the NBA. While in the NBA, Johnny was primarily responsibility for keeping athletes in game shape, monitoring between-game workouts, overall conditioning, physical rehabilitation and mentoring the athletes. Prior to working in the NBA, the Los Angeles native spent six years with the nationally respected Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. While at Kerlan-Jobe, Johnny's primary responsibility was rehabilitation and conditioning for the numerous athletes that walked through the doors of the sports medicine clinic. Johnny’s time at the sports medicine clinic presented him the experience needed to work at the professional level while working with various athletes from every major sport. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Johnny was active in his native Los Angeles community by volunteering at several youth camps across Southern California. Johnny moved to Las Vegas four years ago and continued his work with children while volunteering and mentoring at the YMCA of Southern Nevada prior to functioning for two years as the youth sports and fitness director. His dedication to the youth of today is what drives him to assist today’s youth in obtaining their goals on all levels.
